Residents walking past the leasing office of a Charlotte apartment community

Two more ways
to lease.

We help apartment management teams create leasing opportunities in two simple ways that work differently from traditional apartment marketing.

One begins with an interested renter. The other begins through a Preferred Employer relationship.

We're not asking you to replace anything.

Keep your website. Keep your ILS presence. Keep Google, social media, digital advertising, email, reputation management and everything else that is already producing traffic. NeighborLink simply adds two more ways for a leasing conversation to begin.

A confident renter outside an apartment community

01 · The Marketplace

Let the renter make the first move.

Most apartment marketing starts with the community. Communities publish rents, specials, availability and amenities and then work to get the right renter to notice.

The NeighborLink Marketplace gives the renter another way to begin. A renter shares where they want to live, when they need to move and what works for their budget. They can explore a neighborhood or discover a member community they like, then make the first move with an offer to a specific community or participating communities in that neighborhood.

Each community decides how it wants to respond. The important part is simple: an interested renter has raised their hand first.

“I like this one.
Can we make a deal?”

02 · Great Neighbor

Let the employer relationship help create the introduction.

Preferred Employer Programs have existed in multifamily for years. But individual programs often become most useful after an employee has already discovered a community.

Great Neighbor approaches the opportunity differently. NeighborLink develops and supports relationships with employers and organizations around one organized network of participating apartment communities.

Every participating community provides the Great Neighbor Standard, giving employers one clear, consistent housing program to share with employees. Management companies and individual communities can enhance that standard with additional benefits of their own.

NeighborLink handles the employer outreach for the network. When an employee has a housing need, that relationship can help introduce them to participating communities while they are still considering where to live.

“I work nearby.
Where should I live?”

Both create another opportunity for a leasing conversation to begin.

Not another enormous apartment directory.

NeighborLink is intentionally designed around a smaller network of approximately 100 member communities per market. We are not trying to introduce every renter to every apartment community — we are creating more opportunities for the right conversations to begin.

For renters, that means a more manageable way to discover possibilities. For Preferred Employers, one organized network rather than countless individual programs. For member communities, more room to be noticed.

Smaller network.

Stronger introductions.

More room to be noticed.

The economics

The price is simple too.

$195/ month

$2,340 for an entire year.

We are not promising how many leases NeighborLink will produce. We are giving apartment teams two additional sources of leasing opportunity at a monthly cost designed to make the decision easy to evaluate.

We're building the network now.

Our October goal is to welcome our first 40 Charlotte Founding Communities and begin building the renter audience, employer relationships and other connections around them. Founding Communities become part of the network while those renter and employer pathways are taking shape.
